Third Session
9:00 - 10:30 “Key Items on the Network’s Agenda” Five break-out groups (facilitated by each one of the panel members) discuss and map issues against the initial topology of the network presented during the previous day. Each splinter group will be dedicated to one domain of relevance for the network’s needs, such as: higher education, cross-border cooperation, euro-regions, etc..

Representatives from each group present their ideas and open problems about the network’s future, (hopefully) assuming ownership for the network.
